Mr. Bogale is a graduate of Arbaminch University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Civil Engineering Degree in Structural Engineering from Norwich University. Since then, he has accumulated over 12 years of engineering, construction, and inspection-related experience.
Mr. Bogale has extensive experience with design and inspection of residential, commercial, and transportation projects. Additionally, Mr. Bogale has experience with field investigation work regarding code compliance issues, construction document and design specification conformance, and construction or design defects.
Mr. Bogale possesses the unique combination of civil, structural, and geotechnical experience. He has experience performing cause and origin failure analysis, investigation, and forensic engineering pertaining to various civil engineering related systems including residential and commercial structures. He has performed hundreds of forensic investigations related to storm-related damage of roofing and exterior claddings of buildings, water intrusion, structural damage and collapse, differential foundation movement, and construction defects.
Mr. Bogale is also trained and certified project management professional. In addition, his home inspection training and experience helps to assess damage to all major types of residential roofs and can evaluate installation, weathering, maintenance, and mechanical damages of asphalt composition, wood shingle/shake, concrete, clay tile, and asbestos-fiber cement roof coverings.
