Mr. Morrissey obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. His engineering experience includes performing design and construction consultation services to project owners, contractors, architects and developers. His primary practice areas include foundation design and construction, ground improvement, and structural design and construction. Mr. Morrissey has extensive foundation and subsurface forensic analysis experience as well as project scheduling and planning. He served as Construction Projects Manager for several medium sized construction firms along the east coast, on projects up to present size of $100 Million.
Mr. Morrissey is a former Adjunct Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY, teaching senior and graduate level course in Construction Engineering and Management – Topics included construction methods, scheduling, contracts, estimating, and overall Construction Project Management. He currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Business Law – Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT.
