Mr. Mossakowski obtained his degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and possesses over 15 years engineering experience and 30 years experience in management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mossakowski has planned, performed and supervised the design of numerous construction projects consisting of new construction, modifications to existing features, and damage repairs from the initial client contact through the completion of construction. His specific discipline experience has been in hydraulics, hydrology, pavements, traffic control, structures, surveying, transportation and drafting to produce concise, constructible design concepts and accurate construction drawings, specifications and estimates.
His forensic engineering experience includes in-depth condition surveys and damage inspection of bridges and both commercial and residential building structural components. He has provided engineering consulting services and forensic investigation in support of legal cases and oversight of a team of twenty engineers conducting damage assessment inspection on more than 1500 residential and commercial buildings after Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita along the coastline of three states. He has experience in the evaluation of design and construction defects, structural failures, foundation failures, roof failures, basement/foundation flood damage assessments, wind/hail roof damage assessments and water source identification.
