Our Story
In 2006 in New Orleans, Louisiana, three engineers and a businessman shared a vision. Equipped with knowledge, determination, and courage, they set out to build a forensic engineering company. Their goal was to hire good people who were the best in their respective fields. What started with a handful of employees in a small office, has grown into 62 locations across the country.
For the last two years, U.S. Forensic has been recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Companies by New Orleans City Business Magazine.

Careers with U.S. Forensic
Our forensic engineers investigate interesting and complex cases using the principles of science. Our team of professionals are licensed in various disciplines and trusted to produce a quality work product. Gary Bell, Managing Partner & Owner, states,
The secret to U.S. Forensic’s success has been to get out of the way of the employees. We have found that when employees are trusted and appreciated, they respond in a positive way. Management is here to help with problems or opportunities, but we like to hire people that we feel we can trust, and then we trust them. It has worked for us for almost 15 years now and our future has never been brighter.”

U.S. Forensic Sponsored #44 – NASCAR Nationwide Series
In 2013 (& 2017), U.S. Forensic sponsored Toyota Camry #44, driven by U.S. Forensic mechanical engineer, Hal Martin. “I’m happy to have U.S. Forensic on board as a primary sponsor for this upcoming race” Martin replied. “When I graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, I worked as a forensic engineer at U.S. Forensic in New Orleans, LA under Gary Bell, Mike DeHarde, and Bill Janowsky for two years. It was an amazing opportunity for me to use my degree in such a challenging field. When I decided to pursue racing in the ARCA Series, U.S. Forensic supported me as an associate sponsor. When I entered into the NASCAR Nationwide Series last season, U.S. Forensic again supported me as an associate sponsor. I’m glad they were able to come on board as a primary sponsor for this event and I’m grateful for their support of me both as an engineer and as a race car driver all these years.” We are happy to announce that Hal Martin, .P.E. is once again working with U.S. Forensic, and is providing outstanding service to our Carolina clients.
