What Past Attendees Are Saying
The Customer Service Training provided by Michelle Hughes with US Forensic was extremely helpful in providing guidance to our new adjusters on how to best communicate with and relate to our customers. It was also an excellent refresher course for our more experienced adjusters. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining. She utilizes real life examples to drive home the message of treating everyone with courtesy and respect while still relaying necessary information.” – State Claims Manager
Michelle has a way of communicating what can be sensitive material, at times, in an informative and entertaining way. One of the most challenging things as an adjuster is working with difficult clients, claimants, and attorneys. She’s a great communicator, and I’d attend any presentation she puts together.” – Liability Claims Professional
