U.S. Forensic is joining GEICO and others in combating fraud through GEICO’s Fraud Awareness Day . Jeff Stark, P.E. will have the opportunity to present a course on Post-theft Evaluations and Transponder Systems for adjusters and SIU professionals at the event. Mr. Stark will provide an overview of post vehicle theft evaluations for today’s vehicles and transponder systems. He will discuss methods used to gain entry into a vehicle, bypassing of steering, transmission gear shift, and ignition lock mechanisms, examination of the key and lock wafers, and finally the transponder system.
