U.S. Forensic attributes it’s growth to its staff. The firm has recruited (and kept) good people with some of the best minds in their respective fields. Gary Bell, Managing Partner of U.S. Forensic states,
The secret to U.S. Forensic’s success has been to get out of the way of the employees. We have found that when employees are trusted and appreciated, they respond in a positive way. Management is here to help with problems or opportunities, but we like to hire people that we feel we can trust, and then we trust them. It has worked for us for almost 15 years now and our future has never been brighter.”
