We are pleased to announce that Phillip Vanciel, P.E., has joined the U.S. Forensic team in Orlando, FL. Mr. Vanciel obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. He also has associate degrees in engineering and electronics engineering from Valencia College. He is a registered professional engineer in Florida.

Building Enclosure Evaluations
Prior to joining U.S. Forensic, Mr. Vanciel, P.E. served as Senior Project Engineer and Principal Consultant for an engineering firm. He specialized in building consulting, inspection and testing services in both public and private sectors. He provided evaluations for building owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and manufacturers at project sites located throughout the United States. Mr. Vanciel’s primary practice areas included building enclosure (envelope) consulting, and inspections. He performed forensic enclosure investigations and remediation design; Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) assessments and remediation design; and commercial property condition assessments. Mr. Vanciel provided engineering consulting and testing services using standards produced by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA), FM Global, and American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
