Mr. Bell is the managing partner of U.S. Forensic, L.L.C. and is responsible for the day to day operations of the forensic engineering consulting firm. Mr. Bell holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master of Science Degree and has over 18 years experience in engineering, fire investigations, environmental and construction markets. As the administrative manager for U.S. Forensic, he directs overall company growth strategies.
Mr. Bell’s professional experience includes day to day operations management of various businesses. He has provided planning and execution of branch office development in the forensic engineering, software engineering, and telecommunications industries. He has extensive experience in budgeting, hiring, training and implementation. He has experience in hiring and training of administrative, sales and technical positions; has developed sales, advertising and marketing strategies; performed site selection and contract negotiation of physical locations; maintained customer relations programs; negotiated national service contracts and implemented technical quality controls. Mr. Bell has also taught two college level business management courses.
Mr. Bell’s forensic management experience includes co founding U. S. Forensic, L.L.C. and previously as a shareholder and Central U.S. Regional Operations Manager of a Texas based national forensic firm. He has served as a guest speaker in various states on forensic engineering capabilities, has presented forensic engineering technical seminars and case studies, and has provided deposition testimony for clients in federal and state courts.
