U.S. Forensic Assists with Live Burn

Bill Barrows, U.S. Forensic Fire Investigator

William Barrows, CFI, CFEI with U.S. Forensic, assisted with a live burn and training for vehicle fire investigators hosted by the South Carolina Chapter of The International Association of Arson Investigators (SCIAAI). Mr. Barrows along with other SCIAAI members conducted the training that involved burning 10 cars to illustrate key principles related to vehicle fires and fire patterns.

Mr. Barrows is a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI), a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFEI), a Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI), Associate in Claims (AIC), and a Fraud Claims Law Specialists (FCLS). Throughout his years of experience, Mr. Barrows has conducted or participated in more than 900 origin and cause investigations.  He received formal training at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy in Law Enforcement and Arson Investigation.
