U.S. Forensic Employee Featured in Forbes

March 16, 2021 in Awards, News & Events

Michelle Hughes, National Marketing Director and Partner, was invited to be a part of the Forbes Communication Council.  Forbes describes the council as “an invitation-only organization for senior-level PR and communications executives.  Members are respected leaders and executives who are selected for the council based on the depth and diversity of their experience as leaders in the communications industry.”

Articles & Expert Panels

On March 10th, Ms. Hughes was featured as an expert panelist in a Forbes article entitled 15 Tips For Using Company Research And Infographics In PR Pitches.  She suggested tailoring materials for different learning styles.

Our clients are not one-size-fits-all. People have different learning styles, and each processes information differently. For example, if members of your audience are visual or logical (mathematical) learners, then research and infographics may be just what’s needed to persuade them to consider your service or product. I work with engineers. Facts and science are paramount in their decision making.”

On March 16th, Ms. Hughes’ article Three Ways To Create Behavioral Change In Clients Or Employees was published by Forbes.  Her unique background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker allows her to utilize her experience in the field of human behavior when addressing the challenges that are often presented in business.

The article explores the behavioral components of change as it relates to Dr. Fogg’s theory of behavioral change.  By applying these concepts, “our hope as business leaders is to affect meaningful change for our team members and clients that will provide value.”
