Fire Investigator Awarded Life Membership
Mr. Bill Barrows, IAAI-CFI(V), NAFI-CFEI, AIC, FCLS, CIFI, is a U.S. Forensic Senior Fire Investigator and Asbestos Inspector. After 14 years of continuous service to the South Carolina Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators (SCIAAI) where he served as Membership Chairman, 2nd Vice President, 1st Vice President, President, and current Chaplain and Chapter Secretary, William Barrows was awarded Life Membership. The Board Chairman, Mr. Rusty Horton, presented the award.
About the Award
The SCIAAI was formed in 1989 and has a membership of 355. In the history of the SCIAAI, only 9 members have received the Life Membership award, of those, only 4 remain active in the association today. Mr. Barrows is the 10th member to receive the award. We congratulate Mr. Barrows for his achievement and for his outstanding commitment to his profession.
