Michelle Hughes, MSW provided a continuing education presentation on Ethics in Claims Handling and the Utilization of Experts for insurance professionals at the Southwest Louisiana Claims Association Meeting. She discussed the importance of ethics in business, reviewed methods of resolving ethical dilemmas in the workplace, explored ethical considerations when utilizing experts, and allowed for the application of concepts through case scenarios.
