Mr. Harrell obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA, and is a registered professional engineer in Arizona. Mr. Harrell has 10 years of experience in areas such as product engineering; engineering project compliance; engineering project management; and civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering design and project management.  Mr. Harrell’s work experience spans numerous market sectors including industrial (cleanroom, hazard, warehouse, shipping), institutional (air, rail, healthcare, education), government (transportation, local, state, federal, tribal), commercial (entertainment, recreation, real estate, retail), religious, and residential.
