Mr. Moseley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering and a Minor in Computer Science from University of Mississippi. Mr. Moseley has 6 years in critical infrastructure inspection and emergency response and is skilled in nondestructive evaluation techniques to assess the integrity of structures such as bridges, tunnels, retaining walls, dams, and foundations. Mr. Moseley developed and executed 60+ projects from the proposal stage to final reporting and presented to clients, which included nearly every state’s DOT, NASA, the DOD, the DOE, the EPA, the FHWA, the USACE, and numerous petrochemical and utility companies. Most recently, Mr. Moseley utilized high-resolution imagery, infrared thermography, ground penetrating radar, acoustic impulse response, and concrete compressive and petrographic core results to assess the extent of fire damage to the bridge deck, girders, and steel reinforcement which comprised I-55 following a multi-vehicle crash near Manchac, Louisiana.
