USF Offers Customer Service Training Module
U.S. Forensic has created a training module that addresses daily service challenges experienced by insurance claims professionals. In addition to the basic principles of customer service, the module educates participants on preventative measures that can be taken to improve positive outcomes. It also equips attendees with tools that are used to respond professionally to difficult or aggressive behaviors.

Ivory Presents Minor Impact Research in Dallas
Matt Ivory, a mechanical engineer and accident reconstructionist, presented a course on Minor Impact Collisions to auto liability adjusters in Dallas, TX. Mr. Ivory has designed and conducted crash tests for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Federal Highway Safety Administration, and the U.S. Department of State.
Featured Project: Hurricane Damage Evaluation
It was reported that a church building was damaged during the passage of Hurricane Isaac on August 29, 2012. The specific damage reported was that wind pressures damaged the roof coverings of the building and that rainwater entered the interior of the building during the storm and damaged the interior finishes. U.S. Forensic was retained to perform an evaluation of the building and to determine the cause and extent of the reported damage.

Matt Ivory, P.E. Joins USF in Houston
U.S. Forensic would like to welcome Matthew Ivory to our team of mechanical engineers and accident reconstructionists. Mr. Ivory obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the New Mexico State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas. His primary experience includes accident reconstruction and automotive mechanical failure analysis.
