Damage Attributable to Inferior Structural Design

U.S. Forensic was hired to determine the cause and extent of damage to a 2-story commercial building that was constructed in 2014. It was reported to U.S. Forensic that the second story floor and roof slabs were cracked and severely deflected downward at the middle of the building.

Damaged Windows – High-Rise Building

A commercial property owner reported damage to more than 30 windows on the 15th and 16th floors of a high-rise building. There was a question as to whether or not a specific glass cleaner and cleaning method of the janitorial service caused the scratches to the windows.

LSU’s Indoor Practice Facility
