In addition to the basic principles of customer service, the module educates participants on preventative measures that can be taken to improve positive outcomes. Matt Ivory, a mechanical engineer and accident reconstructionist, presented a course on Minor Impact Collisions to auto liability adjusters in Dallas, TX. Mr. Ivory has designed and conducted crash tests for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Federal Highway Safety Administration, and the U.S. Department of State.
