Mr. Combs is a 1997 graduate of Clarkson University and is a registered professional engineer in civil engineering in 10 states. Throughout his career, he has held positions in forensic engineering, structural design, field engineering, residential and commercial structural building component design, project management and residential building construction.
Mr. Combs areas of expertise include flood damage evaluations of residential and commercial structures; structural design in high wind regions and high seismic areas; structural design of residential, industrial and commercial buildings; steel superstructures, concrete foundations, masonry walls; light gauge metal framing; wood framing; equipment supports for industrial facilities; project management; preparing of construction drawings and specifications; residential construction; industrial plant design including refinery and chemical; renovation of existing structures.
