Mr. Holden obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering from University of Florida. Mr. Holden’s professional experience includes the design, construction administration, and structural evaluations of numerous types of structures, such as concrete, steel, masonry, and timber, as well as modifying and adding on to existing structures. He also has extensive experience in auger cast piles, pile caps, grade beams, and interior composite structural steel mezzanine frame, and he designed structures which included shallow foundations, tilt-up panels, cast-in-place walls and beams, and CMU walls. Mr. Holden has also assessed damages on piers, including inspections of concrete piles, concrete pier, and marine fenders, along with designing steel pipe pile, concrete pile cap, and gangway support frame for a large gambling vessel.
