Mr. Bennett obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and is a registered professional engineer in 4 states.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bennett has performed and supervised the structural design and construction of projects ranging from multi-family apartment buildings to commercial bank buildings, and specialized in heavy industrial projects ranging from heavy industrial machine foundations for new facilities, and reconfiguration of existing industrial facilities for new machinery foundations, bag house supports, and associated elevated access walkways. Mr. Bennett also worked internationally for approximately 5 years in Saudi Arabia and Egypt on U.S. Defense contracts with the host nations.
Mr. Bennett’s forensic engineering experience includes condition surveys and damage inspections of single-family residences, multi-family buildings, and commercial structures in the Pacific Northwest and in the Southeast part of the country. He has provided CAT work in the southern part of the country due to hurricane related damage. He has provided engineering consulting services and forensic investigation in support of legal cases and has conducted project feasibility and cost studies for projects.
