Mr. Lee graduated from Purdue University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He also graduated from Indiana University in 1996 with a Master of Business Administration degree. His expertise as a civil engineer developed over his 25+ year career with engineering and construction companies. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois. Mr. Lee has engineering consulting experience in various industries including residential, commercial, water utility, and manufacturing.
Mr. Lee has performed approximately 1400 investigations for insurance companies, contractors, law firms, and property owners. He has expertise in assessing buildings and structures for construction defects, moisture intrusion / water damage, structural failure analysis, differential foundation movement, hurricane damage, earthquake damage, tornado damage, fire damage, ice damming, and hail/wind/snow damage. Mr. Lee has appraisal, arbitration, condemnation, mediation, and testifying experiences.
