Provides key ethical principles in claims handling from an individual and organizational perspective. It allows participants to assess personal ethical strengths and weaknesses and provides the tools to combat the weaknesses identified.
Social Media in the Workplace: Ethical Considerations

Overview
Provides a framework for evaluating and addressing ethical behavior in a workplace environment impacted by social media. Participants will evaluate behaviors of employees and employers, explore ethical and legal considerations. The course reviews ethical obligations of the employee and employer, and it provides guidance on developing a clear method of communicating boundaries, and behavioral expectations as it relates to social media.
