Mr. Gerlick is a senior forensic engineer with diverse professional experience that includes forensic investigation, non-destructive and destructive testing, structural engineering design, construction management and administration, permitting, building repair and restoration, studies related to building and envelope failure and distress, building envelope evaluation, investigation of existing buildings, and litigation support. He has a hands-on approach to manage assignments of all magnitudes, and has extensive experience in commercial and large loss investigations. His investigative experience encompasses many aspects of civil and structural engineering that include weather-related structural failure, structural evaluation, construction errors and omissions, construction means and methods failures, water intrusion, and others.
