Mr. McCall obtained his degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is a registered professional engineer in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Texas.
Mr. McCall’s experience includes subsurface utility engineering, forensic engineering and failure analysis. His subsurface experience includes research of utilities and resolving conflicts in ownership, location and condition. He is skilled in the use of utility locating equipment, survey and mapping equipment.
Mr. McCall is proficient in software applications including AutoCAD, Microstation, Geopak, ArcInfo, ArcView and MS office.
Mr. McCall’s forensic engineering experience includes in-depth condition surveys and damage inspections of marine and offshore structures, buildings, and facility components.
