Environmental Evaluations

Mold Testing

Our experts can inspect, collect samples for laboratory testing, analyze results, develop a remediation protocol, and provide contractor oversight.

Imported Drywall

A thorough inspection of the structure, photographic documentation of the manufacturer and make, sample collection, and laboratory and air testing can be performed to determine the presence and risk of imported drywall.

Air Quality

We can determine the indoor air quality, identify the origin and cause of the loss, and present conclusions concisely in a written report.

Asbestos Detection

One of the environmental evaluations offered by U.S. Forensic is asbestos detection services. We can deliver the information needed to determine if a building is safe to inspect after a fire. We can also ensure it is safe to begin renovation or demolition activities.
