Identifying Cause of Heavy Equipment Failures
Our mechanical engineers and heavy equipment experts determine if a failure, fire or mechanical issue was the result of a manufacturing defect, improper service or repair, or lack of maintenance. Our experts also evaluate whether or not the equipment was used properly given the particular facts surrounding the case. When determining cause, our mechanical 
engineers assess whether safety precautions were in place, proper signage was visible, and if safety guards were engaged or disabled.
