U.S. Forensic can perform product liability evaluations to determine if a loss is a result of poor design, a manufacturing defect, or operator error. Our engineers can utilize U.S. Forensic’s Engineering Laboratory to conduct testing or can provide an onsite evaluation.
Product Liability Evaluations
Our mechanical engineers evaluate safety guarded equipment to determine if the guards or safety measures were engaged, if proper signage was posted, and if the machine/equipment was designed properly. In addition to evaluating safety guarded equipment and machines, we can also evaluate plumbing components, electrical components, oil and gas equipment, industrial and farm equipment, automotive components, ladders, chairs, bicycles, and tires. Please access our Heavy Equipment, Automotive, and Engineering Laboratory pages for more information.
Engineering Laboratory
Items such as plumbing components, water filters, small appliances, and electrical components can be shipped to our laboratory for a comprehensive evaluation. For more information regarding this service, please reach out to us. You may find contact information on our contact us page.
