Various Equipment Evaluations
Our experience includes the following: forensic evaluations of residential and high-rise building mechanical systems; industrial equipment; oil, gas, and marine equipment failures; forklifts; farm equipment; construction equipment; elevators and escalators; and hydraulic equipment. Our courtroom-qualified experts have evaluated hundreds of failures involving accidents, fires, and personal injury.
Equipment Failures
We can evaluate mechanical and electrical systems to determine if failure or fire was the result of a manufacturing defect, improper service or repair, lack of maintenance, or operator error. Also, our experts will test fluids and electrical circuits to determine whether prior maintenance or service (or the lack thereof) may have caused or contributed to the failure.
In addition to heavy equipment and commercial equipment, our engineers can also assist with residential equipment such as water heaters, smart home systems, and HVAC systems.
